This Cookie Policy explains how Fuze-Store IT Solutions (“Fuze Store,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and account dashboard at www.fuze-store.com.
The Fuze Store POS apps (mobile, customer app, and Fuze Store Hub) do not use tracking cookies or advertising identifiers.

2. How Consent Works

• On your first visit, a cookie-consent banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Customize non-essential cookies. Nothing non-essential runs until you choose.
• You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings button in the site footer — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
• Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named fuze_cookie_consent (kept for up to 1 year). If we materially change our cookie usage, we will ask again.

3. Cookie Categories

a. Strictly Necessary (always active)

These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off:

• Sign-in session cookies (NextAuth) — keep you logged in to your account dashboard securely.
• fuze_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie choices.

b. Analytics (only with your consent)

• Vercel Speed Insights — aggregated, privacy-friendly page-performance measurements.
• Sentry — error diagnostics; with analytics consent, error reports may include technical request details (such as IP address) to help us debug. Core anonymous error reporting stays on as a legitimate interest.

c. Functional (only with your consent)

• Tawk.to — the live-chat widget used for customer support. It loads only after you consent, and is removed if you withdraw consent.

4. What We Do NOT Use

• No advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
• No cross-site tracking pixels.
• No sale or sharing of personal data collected via cookies.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and core site functions from working.
