Data Deletion
How to delete your Fuze Store account and data — in the app, on the web, or by email — plus exactly what is removed and what is retained.
1. Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your Fuze Store account and its data yourself, at any time, from inside the product:
- Fuze Store mobile app: open Account → Details, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the prompt to proceed.
- Web dashboard (www.fuze-store.com): sign in, open Account, scroll to the Danger Zone, and select Delete Account.
No approval from us is needed — the deletion starts immediately when you confirm.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access your account (for example, you lost your credentials), you can request deletion by email:
- Email support@fuze-store.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Send the request from the email address registered to the account, and include your username or store name so we can locate it.
- We will verify the request and process the deletion within 30 days.
3. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
- A 30-day grace period begins. During this window you can restore the account — and everything in it — simply by logging back in. This protects you from accidental deletion.
- If you also want a copy of your data, request an export via support@fuze-store.com before or during the grace period; exports are fulfilled within 30 days.
- After the grace period ends, your account and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
4. What Is Deleted and What Is Retained
Permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period:
- Your account profile (name, username, email, mobile number, avatar).
- Your stores, product catalogs, staff records, and settings.
- Orders, bookings, and operational records tied to your stores.
- Push-notification device tokens and app preferences.
Retained for a limited time or as required by law:

| Financial records (invoices, official receipts) | Retained as required by law (e.g., PH tax regulations) |
| SMS delivery logs (last 4 digits of number only) | Up to 90 days, then automatically pruned |
| Staff activity (audit) logs | Up to 400 days, then automatically pruned |
Records we must keep by law are retained only as long as the legal obligation requires, then deleted.
5. Customer Records in a Merchant's Store
If your details were entered into a store's customer list by a merchant using Fuze Store (for example, the coffee shop you visit), that merchant — not Fuze Store — controls that record. Please contact the store directly to have your record corrected or deleted; we assist merchants in fulfilling such requests. See our Privacy Policy for details on our controller/processor roles.
