Fuze Store Customer App · Roadmap
Find, order, and earn at local stores
A customer-facing app we are building: shoppers find Fuze Store businesses nearby, keep their order history and loyalty from every store in one place, and get push updates when an order is ready. No launch date yet. Your store can be ready before it arrives.
Your customers already order, book, and track orders from your public store page in the browser. The app adds to that; it does not replace it.
What works today, and what the app will add
Everything in the first column ships now and needs no app. Everything in the second is Phase 1 of the customer app, still in development.
Today, with no app
Live nowA public store page
Every store gets its own page with hours, address, contact links, a read-only menu, and a business-card links page. Share the link or print the QR.
Table-QR online ordering
Customers scan a table QR or open your page, build an order, and show your staff a code. Staff scan it at the register, so nothing lands in your till on its own.
Booking requests
Customers pick a real open time slot and send a request for an appointment or a table. You confirm or decline every one from the app.
Live order status links
Share an order link and the customer follows it live in their browser: received, preparing, ready, completed. No download, no account.
When the app launches
PlannedOne account across stores
A shopper signs up once, with email or Google, and uses that one account at every Fuze Store business.
Why it matters to you: Your customers never create a separate account just for your store, and there is nothing new for you to manage.
Linked to the stores that already know them
When a shopper verifies the email or mobile number your store already has on file, their past orders and loyalty at your store appear in the app.
Why it matters to you: Regulars see their history with you the moment they install the app. No re-registration at the counter.
Find nearby stores
A directory of Fuze Store businesses, searchable by name and type, and sorted by distance when the shopper allows location. Each store shows hours, directions, contact links, and its menu.
Why it matters to you: People close by can discover you. Your listing is on by default and you can switch it off in Preferences.
Order history everywhere
Every order from every linked store in one list, each with the same live status timeline the web order page shows today.
Why it matters to you: A customer who can see what they ordered last time orders again faster.
Loyalty in one place
Points, balances, and tiers from every store where the shopper is a member, side by side. Shows for stores running the Loyalty add-on.
Why it matters to you: A balance a customer can see is a balance they come back to spend.
Push order updates
Ready, completed, and shipped notifications straight to the phone, with a tap that opens the order.
Why it matters to you: Fewer "is it ready yet?" messages, and the plan is for push updates to cost the store nothing, unlike an SMS.
What it means for your store
The app is built to send customers to Fuze Store businesses, not to stand between you and them.
Be discoverable
When the app launches, discoverable stores are listed automatically. Shoppers nearby can find you by name, business type, or distance, and open your menu before they visit.
Bring customers back
Order history, loyalty balances, and push updates keep your store in the customer’s pocket after the first visit. The app is a reason to return, not just a way to find you.
Not a commission marketplace
Fuze Store charges 0% commission on sales. The app sends customers to you. Your staff still create every order at your register, and the app never takes a cut.
