How to Update Your Account Information

Keeping your account details accurate helps with account recovery and makes sure your team can recognize you.

Steps

1. Open the sidebar menu from the top of the screen.
2. Select Account from the menu.
3. Select Account Details from the list.
4. Under Personal Information, tap Edit.
5. Update your username, first name, or last name.
6. Tap Save to apply your changes.

Tips

• Use your real name so staff and customers can identify you.
• You can update your information whenever your details change.
• Accurate contact details make account recovery faster.
