💳 How Account Subscription Works

Fuze Store POS uses a subscription system to keep your business running smoothly. Here’s a simple guide to how subscriptions work, what you get, and how to manage your plan—no technical knowledge needed!

📝 What is a Subscription?

A subscription is your way to unlock all the features of Fuze Store POS. You pay a set amount (monthly or yearly), and in return, you get access to the tools and support your business needs.

⭐ How Subscriptions Work
  • Choose a Plan: Pick the plan that fits your business (for example: Free, Pro, or Enterprise). Each plan comes with its own features and limits.
  • Start Your Subscription: Enter your payment details and activate your plan. You’ll be billed automatically every month or year, depending on your choice.
  • Use All Features: Enjoy everything in your plan—like sales, inventory, staff management, and more.
  • Upgrade or Downgrade Anytime: Need more features or want to save money? You can change your plan whenever you like.
  • Cancel Anytime: If you ever want to stop, you can cancel your subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period.

💡 What’s Included?

Depending on your plan, you might get:

  • Unlimited sales and orders
  • Multiple stores or locations
  • Staff accounts and permissions
  • Advanced reports and analytics
  • Integrations with payment processors and more

Check the pricing page or your account settings for a full list of what’s included in each plan.

🧼 How POS Pricing & Order Computation Works

Fuze Store POS is designed to handle all kinds of pricing situations, but keeps things simple for you and your customers. Here’s how the system figures out the final price for each order:

How Each Item is Priced
  • Base Price or Special Price: Each item starts with a base price. If there’s a special price (like a promo), the system uses it if it’s active and within the valid dates.
  • Modifiers: Items can have extras or options (like extra toppings or a larger size). Each option can add its own price.
  • Item Discounts: You can apply multiple discounts to an item. Each discount can be a percentage (like 10% off) or a fixed amount (like $2 off).
  • Tax: Items can have tax included in the price. If your POS is set to exclude tax, the system will adjust the price accordingly.
How the Order Total is Calculated
  • Order Discounts: The whole order can have custom discounts, multiple discounts, or gift card discounts. These can be percentages or fixed amounts.
  • Service & Delivery Fees: You can add service or delivery fees to the order. These can be a set amount or a percentage of the total.
  • Final Calculation: The POS adds up all items (with their modifiers, discounts, and tax), subtracts any order-level discounts or gift cards, and adds any fees.
In Simple Terms
  • The system always uses the best price for the customer (special price if available).
  • All extras and discounts are included in the calculation.
  • Taxes and fees are handled automatically based on your settings.
  • You always see a clear breakdown before completing the sale.

Formulas Used:

  • Per Item (Tax Inclusive):
((Base Price or Special Price) + (Modifiers Price) - (Discounts)) × Quantity
  • Per Item (Tax Exclusive):
(((Base Price or Special Price) + (Modifiers Price) - (Discounts)) × Quantity) / (1 + Tax Rate)
  • Order Summary:
((Subtotal of all Items (Tax Inclusive)) - Summary Discounts - Custom Discount + Service Fee) - Gift Cards Discount + Delivery Fee
