Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data. This action cannot be undone.

Steps

1. Open the sidebar menu from the top of the screen.
2. Select Account from the menu.
3. Select Account Details from the list.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm that you want to proceed.

30-day grace period: You can sign back in within 30 days to restore your account.

Before You Delete

• Back up any important data, reports, or records you need to keep.
• Cancel your subscription first to stop future charges.
• After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
