How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you no longer need Fuze Store POS, you can cancel your subscription in a few steps.

Steps

1. Open the sidebar menu from the top of the screen.
2. Select Account from the menu.
3. Select Subscription from the list.
4. Under the Plans section, tap Cancel.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
6. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period.

What to Know Before Canceling

• You keep access to paid features until your billing period ends.
• Download any important data or reports before your plan expires.
• You can reactivate or upgrade your plan at any time after canceling.
