How to Downgrade Your Subscription

If you need fewer features or want to lower your costs, you can switch to a smaller plan at any time.

Steps

  1. Open the sidebar menu from the top of the screen.
  2. Select Account from the menu.
  3. Select Subscription from the list.
  4. Under the Plans section, tap Choose Plans to view available options.
  5. Pick a lower plan that fits your new needs. Review the features and price.
  6. Tap Downgrade and follow the prompts to confirm.
  7. Your new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What to Know Before Downgrading

  • Downgrading may reduce the number of stores, staff, or features you can use.
  • Any data that exceeds the new plan's limits may become restricted.
  • You can upgrade again at any time if your needs change.
  • Keep your payment method current to avoid billing issues.
