How to Downgrade Your Subscription
If you need fewer features or want to lower your costs, you can switch to a smaller plan at any time.
Steps
- Open the sidebar menu from the top of the screen.
- Select Account from the menu.
- Select Subscription from the list.
- Under the Plans section, tap Choose Plans to view available options.
- Pick a lower plan that fits your new needs. Review the features and price.
- Tap Downgrade and follow the prompts to confirm.
- Your new plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What to Know Before Downgrading
- Downgrading may reduce the number of stores, staff, or features you can use.
- Any data that exceeds the new plan's limits may become restricted.
- You can upgrade again at any time if your needs change.
- Keep your payment method current to avoid billing issues.
