  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Account: Select Account from the menu.
  3. Go to Subscription: Select Subscription from the list.
  4. Upgrade Plans: Under Plans section, click on Upgrade or Choose Plans to see your options.
  5. Choose a Lower Plan: Pick the plan that fits your new needs. You’ll see what’s included and the price.
  6. Review: Check the features and limits of the new plan to make sure it works for you.
  7. Confirm Downgrade: Click Downgrade. Follow the prompts to finish the process.
  8. Success: Your new plan will start at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll get a confirmation message.
