  2. Go to Discounts: Click on Discounts to see your current list of offers.
  3. Select a Discount: Find the discount you want to update and click on it to open the details.
  4. Edit Discount Details: Fill in the discount details. See Field Explanations below for what each field means.
    • Enable: Make sure the Enable toggle is turned on if you want the discount to be active.
    • Name: Give your discount a clear name (e.g., "10% Off Drinks").
    • Code: (Optional) Set a code customers can use to claim the discount.
    • Rate Type: Choose how the discount is applied (fixed amount or percentage).
    • Rate: Enter the amount or percent to be discounted.
    • Description: (Optional) Add a brief explanation of the discount.
    • Start Date: Set when the discount starts being active.
    • End Date: Set when the discount will no longer be available.
  5. Save Changes: Click Save. Your updates will take effect immediately for new sales.

💡 Tips
  • Double-check your changes before saving to avoid giving away too much by mistake.
  • If you’re unsure about a setting, ask your manager or support for help.
  • You can always edit or remove discounts later if your offers or business needs change.
  • Use clear, simple names so staff and customers know what the discount is for.

🏆 Best Practices
  • Review your discounts regularly, especially if your menu, prices, or promotions change.
  • Train your staff on how to apply and explain discounts at checkout.
  • Keep records of your discount changes for easy reporting and peace of mind.
