If you no longer need a certain gift card—maybe a promo has ended, or you want to tidy up your options—you can easily remove it from your POS system. Deleting a gift card helps keep your checkout simple and your records tidy. No technical or accounting skills required!

📍 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
2. Go to Gift Cards: Click on Gift Cards to see your current list.
3. Find the Gift Card: Navigate to the gift card you want to delete.
4. Edit Gift Card: Click Edit to open its details.
5. Delete Gift Card: Click the Delete or Remove button next to the gift card you want to remove.
6. Confirm Deletion: You’ll be asked to confirm. Click Yes or Confirm to permanently remove the gift card from your system.
