Reward your best customers and keep them coming back. The Loyalty Program feature lets you create a points-based rewards system with multiple tiers. Customers earn points from every purchase and unlock better benefits as they move up.
The Loyalty Program is available as an add-on feature for your Fuze Store subscription.
What is the Loyalty Program?
A loyalty program encourages repeat purchases by rewarding customers with points. You define how customers earn points and what benefits they receive. The more they shop, the more they earn.
Your POS tracks everything automatically. You do not need to calculate points or manage tiers manually.
How Tiers Work
Tiers let you create different levels of rewards. Each tier has a name and a point threshold. When a customer reaches the required points, they move up to the next tier.
Here is an example of a three-tier setup:

You can create as many tiers as you need. Name them anything that fits your brand.

Customers earn loyalty points based on the rules you define. For example, you can award 1 point for every 100 pesos spent. Points are added automatically after each completed purchase.
You control the earning rate and can change it at any time.
