Audit Log
The Hub keeps a record of every administrative change made on that computer —
who did it, when, and what it affected. Open it from Audit log in the
sidebar.
This is a local record of Hub administration. It is not your sales history —
orders, payments, and refunds live in the app's own reports.
What gets recorded
Anything that changes how the Hub behaves:
- Rotating the LAN token
- Changing Hub settings
- Registering, removing, or restarting a printer
- Retrying or cancelling a print job
- Forcing a KDS sync
- Exporting a support bundle
- Registering a device
- Browser pairings — issued, consumed, refreshed, or revoked
- Regenerating the security certificate
- Downloading this shop's Hub certificate
- Turning LAN sharing on or off
Each entry shows the timestamp, the actor (who did it), the action,
the target it affected, and any extra details.
Finding a specific change
Filter by actor, action, or date range to narrow the list, and
Clear filters to go back to everything.
The most common reason to open this screen is "printing suddenly stopped" —
filter by printer actions around the time it broke and you'll usually find
someone removed or reconfigured a printer.
Exporting
Export CSV saves the filtered view to a file you can open in a spreadsheet
or hand to a bookkeeper. The audit log is also included automatically in a
support bundle.
How long entries are kept
Entries are retained for 365 days, then removed automatically.
Two actions wipe the audit log
Switching this Hub to a different store and resetting the Hub both
clear the local audit log for the store it was bound to. If you need the
history for compliance, export a support bundle or a CSV first — see
Switching Store & Resetting.
