Organization Activity Log
The activity log lists every recorded change in your organization, newest first, with who made it. Records are kept as they are saved and can't be changed or deleted.
What is recorded
- Members and invitations: added, role changed, branch access changed, switched off, removed, invitation sent.
- Roles: created, edited, deleted.
- Branches and organization: a branch linked or unlinked, the organization's details changed.
- People and assignments: added, changed, records joined, removed, sent to a branch, visits changed or ended, home branch moved.
- Pay profiles: created, changed, pay terms added, changed or deleted, a person's pay profile changed.
- Pay runs: created, deleted, approved, reopened, a statement adjusted, someone marked paid.
- Commission rates: a product's or a branch's default commission rate changed at a linked branch.
Who can see it
Owners and Admins, and any role of your own with Activity log · View. Someone whose branch access is limited to some branches sees only changes tied to one of their branches, such as a branch being linked or a person being sent there; changes to members, roles, people and pay belong to no branch and are not shown to them.
Open the activity log
Do this in the Fuze Store app.
In the app, open Organizations from the side menu (it sits under Stores); on the website, go to Account → Organizations. Then open your organization.
Narrow the list with the period at the top: pick one such as Last
month, or your own dates. The list changes as soon as you pick. Or press Filters and
pick What (for example Roles or Pay runs), Who and Branch, then
Apply. The filters you applied show beside the button; Clear All
removes them and keeps the date range.
On a tablet or computer, press Details on a row. On a phone, tap the
card. You see each value before and after the change, and the reason when
one was given (reopening a pay run asks for one).

Scroll down for older changes — they load as you reach the bottom of the list. A change made by the system, with nobody signed in, shows System as who made it.
