Organization Reports

Add-on required. This feature requires the Organization Management add-on to be active on your store. View add-ons

Your organization has a Reports page. It shows how the branches you can see are doing for a period, and it lists the reports you can open: the Sales overview, the Commission report, your Pay runs and the Stock Overview. Each branch keeps its own reports too, such as best sellers and the Daily Sheet.

Who can see it

RoleSales overview and Commission report
Owner, AdminYes
Payroll, Area managerYes
Billing, MemberNo

A role of your own needs Reports · View. Pay runs on the Reports page needs the permission to view pay runs, and the Stock Overview needs the permission to view inventory. You only see the reports your role allows. Everyone sees only the people in their branch access (see Branch scope). See Organization Roles and Branch Access.

Open Reports

Do this in the Fuze Store app.

1

Open Organizations from the side menu, then tap Reports in your
organization's menu.

2

Pick a period at the top. The four figures show net sales, orders,
commission to pay and expenses for that period. Sales, orders and expenses
also show the change against the period just before, as a whole percent. A
figure that had nothing in the period before reads New.

3

Tap a report to open it. It opens for the period you picked.

Sales overview

The Sales overview adds up the branches you can see.

PartWhat it shows
Net salesSales in the period, after discounts and refunds.
OrdersHow many orders were completed.
Average orderNet sales divided by orders.
RefundsMoney given back in the period.
ChartSales over time: by hour for one day, by day for a longer period.
By branchOne row per branch: orders, net sales, average order and share.

For a period that hasn't ended yet, such as This month, the chart stops at today. On a wide screen the branches are a table beside the chart; on a tablet or a phone they are cards under it.

Each branch reads the dates by its own clock. A period can be up to 366 days; a longer range is refused.

Branches that are not included

Some branches can be left out of a figure. The page names them and says why:

  • the branch's plan does not include the report,
  • the branch does not have the add-on the figure needs (Expenses, for the expenses figure),
  • the branch uses a different currency from your organization.

A figure that leaves branches out says how many it covers, for example "12 of 18 branches". If none of your branches can show a report, the page tells you so instead of showing an empty list.

Open the Commission report

Do this in the Fuze Store app.

1

Open Organizations from the side menu (it sits under Stores), then
open your organization.

2

Tap Reports, then Commission report. It opens for the period you
picked on the Reports page, or this month.

3

Pick another period with the date range at the top. Each branch reads those
dates by its own clock.

4

Switch between By person and By branch above the list. Tap a row to
see every figure, and the split: each branch a person worked at, or each
person who worked at a branch.

What each column shows

The four figures at the top are Earned, To pay (commission no pay run has paid yet: not in a pay run, or approved and waiting), Paid and Cash advances owed. The list shows Earned, To pay and Paid. Tap a row for the rest:

ColumnWhat it means
EarnedCommission from every branch they worked at in the period.
ReversedCommission taken back by a refund or a void.
Cash advancesAdvances they took in the period, at any branch.
Still owedAdvances not repaid yet. Pay runs repay them, oldest first.
Not in a pay runCommission no pay run covers yet.
ApprovedCommission in an approved pay run that isn't marked paid yet.
PaidCommission in a pay run where they're marked paid.
Paid at a branchCommission a branch paid with its own payout, before they joined your organization.

The totals at the top add up everyone in the list.

One currency, and branches that are not included

The report shows one currency at a time: your organization's. A branch that reports in another currency is left out and listed under Some branches are not included. A branch is also listed there when it has no Staff Operations add-on or when commissions are switched off in its preferences, because no commission is earned there. If none of your branches counts, the page tells you so instead of showing an empty list.

When you pick a period such as Today or This month, the days are counted in your organization's time zone, the same as on Home. A range you pick yourself can be up to 366 days.

Branch scope

  • You see the people whose home branch is in your branch access, with every branch they worked at.
  • Someone with All branches sees everyone in the organization.
  • By branch shows the branches where those people worked, with what they earned there.

No download yet

The Commission report has no download button yet. For a spreadsheet of what
each person is paid, open a pay run and tap Download spreadsheet. See
Organization Pay Runs.

Each branch's own reports

Sales, orders, best sellers, the Daily Sheet and the other reports run inside each branch.

  1. Open the store switcher and pick the branch. Branches you reach through your organization role are under Organization branches.
  2. Open Reports in that branch.

Owners and Admins can open every branch's reports. Area managers can open the reports of the branches in their access. Payroll, Billing and Member don't work in branches. See Switching Stores and Reports Overview.

At a branch, commission an organization pay run settled counts as Paid in the Staff Commissions Report.

Stock across branches

To see how much stock each branch holds, open Reports in your organization and tap Stock Overview. See Organization Inventory.
