Staff Commissions Report
Open the report
- Drawer → Reports → Staff Commissions.
- Tap Period and choose one, including This pay period and Last pay period, which follow your store's pay schedule.
- To see one person, tap Filters, pick the staff member and tap Apply. Their name shows as a chip under the period; close the chip to go back to all staff.
This report does not compare with an earlier period.
The Staff Commissions report in Fuze Store, listing jobs, job value, earned, reversed, paid, and unpaid per staff member for This pay period — screenshot coming soon
What you see
One row per staff member: Jobs (orders they earned commission on), Job value (the sales value of the jobs they worked on — what their commission is worked out from), Earned, Reversed (refunds and voids clawed back), Cash advance (open cash advances), Paid, and Unpaid. Tap a staff member's name to open their own Commissions page for the full ledger and to record a payout.
If your store is a branch of an organization, commission paid by the organization's pay runs counts as Paid here. A note under the figure says how much went through the organization. In the payroll sheet those entries read Organization in the Status column, and their Payout period is the pay run's period.
Job value is not a sales total
When two people share a job, each of them is credited with the whole job's
value, and the commission rate is what gets split between them. A ₱900 job
done by two staff shows ₱900 for each, so adding up the Job value column would
overstate your sales. That is why the Total row shows a dash for Job value.
For sales totals, use the Sales report.
Cash advances are never Paid or Unpaid
A cash advance shows in its own Cash advance figure — it never adds to
Paid and never subtracts from Unpaid. Those two columns only ever reflect
commission that was actually earned and settled through a payout or an
organization pay run. An advance nets against the staff member's next payout
automatically when you record one.
Giving cash advances
This report only shows figures. To give cash advances, go to Staff and tap Cash advance at the top of the screen (several people at once), or open one person's Commissions tab; see Cash Advances.
Exports
Tap the ⋯ menu at the top right. It shows only to staff who may download reports.
- Export Excel is the payroll sheet: the whole report's rows, ready to hand to a bookkeeper. Its Summary sheet also carries YTD job value (net) and YTD commission (net): the year to date of the period's last day, after refunds and voids, so a refunded job no longer counts. YTD commission matches Earned plus Reversed summed over the year.
- Export PDF is one staff member's pay statement for the period. Pick the staff member in Filters first; with all staff showing, the app asks you to pick one. It isn't available for one of your organization's people: their statement comes from the organization's pay run.
On a phone, the share sheet opens so you can save or send the file. On Android the app first asks for a folder. The file keeps its .xlsx or .pdf ending, so it opens in any viewer.
This report is available whenever the Staff Operations add-on is active with commissions turned on — it does not require an Advanced Reports plan.
Why is my number different?
- Paid looks lower than what a staff member actually received. Check Cash advance — a cash advance is money they already got, but it's tracked separately from Paid.
- Jobs includes a line the staff member didn't personally work. A line with no staff of its own falls back to whoever is assigned to the order — see Assigning Staff Per Line.
- Earned dropped after a refund or void. That shows up in Reversed for the same period, not as a change to a past period's Earned.
- YTD commission is lower than the Earned figures added up. YTD is net: a refund or void taken this year comes off it, even when the job was earned in an earlier period.
