Item Report

The Item Report breaks down your sales by individual product or service. You can also find this report listed as the Sales Item Report.

What the Item Report Shows

This report tells you exactly which items drive your revenue.

ColumnDescription
Item NameThe name of the product or service sold.
Quantity SoldThe total number of units sold.
RevenueThe total earnings from that item.
Percentage of SalesHow much of your total revenue this item represents.

Why the Item Report Is Useful

Understanding item-level performance helps you run your business better.

  • Find your best sellers. See which items customers buy most often.
  • Spot underperformers. Identify items that rarely sell.
  • Plan inventory. Stock more of what sells and less of what does not.
  • Set pricing. Adjust prices based on demand and sales volume.

How to Use the Item Report

  1. Go to Reports from the sidebar menu.
  2. Select Item Report.
  3. Choose your date range.
  4. Review the list of items sorted by revenue or quantity.

You can sort the table by any column to find the information you need.

  • Check weekly to keep up with changing customer preferences.
  • Review before restocking to order the right quantities.
  • Compare periods to see seasonal item trends.
