What Gets Exported

The exported file includes all the data visible in the report. This covers:

  • All rows matching your selected date range and filters.
  • Column headers for each data field.
  • Totals and summaries where applicable.

Common Use Cases

  • Bookkeeping. Keep monthly sales records for your financial files.
  • Tax preparation. Share transaction data with your accountant at tax time.
  • Team review. Send performance reports to business partners or managers.
  • Data analysis. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets for custom charts.

Tips

  • Set the right date range first. The export only includes data from the selected period.
  • Use filters before exporting. This keeps your file focused on the data you need.
  • Save files with clear names. Include the date range in the file name for easy reference.
