My Commissions
If your store has Staff Commissions turned on, your own profile carries a Commissions tab — the same tab a manager sees for you, but scoped to just your own numbers. You need no permission to see it; your identity is the permission.
The Commissions tab in My Profile, showing the period picker, your totals for the period and Recent activity with View all — screenshot coming soon
Open it
From My Profile, tap the Commissions tab.
What you can see
- Your totals — your earned, reversed, cash advances, unpaid, and paid totals for the selected period, plus your top services and most recent payout.
- Recent activity — your five newest commission entries for the period, including reversals from any refund or void. Tap View all to see every entry.
- Payouts — from My Profile, tap Payouts to see every payout you've been paid. Tap one to open it. It reads like a payslip: net pay at the top, then base pay, commission, additions, deductions and the payment.
The period picker at the top of the tab includes This pay period and Last pay period, which follow the pay schedule your store set (weekly, twice a month, or monthly). View all shows how many entries fall in the selected period.
Pay from your organization
If you're one of your organization's people, your pay comes from the organization's pay runs. My Profile → Payouts lists them under Pay from your organization, from whichever branch you open it. A pay run shows here once it's approved.
Tap one to see:
- what you earned at each branch,
- any additions and deductions,
- the cash advances repaid, and your net pay,
- whether and how you've been paid.
Payouts from a branch before you joined the organization stay in the list below.
What you can't do here
This page never shows commission rates — yours or anyone else's — and it has no actions to record a payout or a cash advance for yourself. Those stay manager-only, on the same page when a manager opens it for you instead of you opening it for yourself.
Ask your manager about a number that looks wrong
You can always see your own totals, but only a manager with the right
permission can change a rate, correct an entry, or add an adjustment. If
something looks off, point them at Commissions
Troubleshooting.
