🗑️ How to Delete a Product


This guide shows you how to safely delete a product from your POS system. If you no longer offer a product or want to keep your catalog tidy, you can remove it in just a few clicks—no technical skills required.



📍 Step-by-Step Guide

There are two easy ways to delete a product:


Option 1: Delete from the Product List
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Products: Select Products from the menu list.
  3. Find the Product: Look for the product you want to delete (for example, Ice Latte).
  4. Delete: Click the Delete button (usually a trash bin icon) in the action column.
  5. Confirm: A message will pop up asking if you’re sure. Click Yes or Confirm to finish.

Option 2: Delete from the Product Details
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Products: Select Products from the menu list.
  3. Choose a Product: Click the product you want to delete (e.g., Ice Latte).
  4. Delete: Click the Delete button (trash bin icon) on the product details page.
  5. Confirm: A message will pop up asking if you’re sure. Click Yes or Confirm to finish.

⚠️ What Happens When You Delete a Product?
  • The product will be removed from your POS and menus immediately.
  • Any sales history or reports will still be available, but the product will no longer be available for sale.
  • Products linked as modifiers or in bundles will lose this association.
  • You can always add a new product later if you change your mind.

💡 Tips
  • Double-check before deleting—a deleted product cannot be restored.
  • If you just want to hide a product, consider making it inactive instead of deleting.
  • Keep your product catalog organized by removing items you no longer use.
  • Review related bundles or modifiers to ensure nothing is left broken.
