❌ How to Cancel an Event (Appointment or Reservation)


Plans change—no worries! Canceling an event in Fuze Store POS is quick and easy, whether it’s an appointment or a reservation.


📍 Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to POS Event: Select POS Event from the menu list.
  3. Select Event: In Event list or calendar page, find the event you want to update.
  4. Event Details: Click on the event to open its details.
  5. Open Menu: Click Menu to show the action options.
  6. Select Cancel: Click “Cancel” or the trash/bin icon.
  7. Confirm Cancellation: Confirm the cancellation when asked.
  8. Event Canceled: The event will be canceled from your schedule.

💡 Tips
  • Let your customer know about the cancellation to avoid confusion.
  • If you cancel an appointment, the related order will also be canceled automatically.
  • You can always create a new event if plans change again.
  • Use notes to explain the reason for cancellation if needed.
