Plans change—no worries! Canceling an event in Fuze Store POS is quick and easy, whether it’s an appointment or a reservation.
📍 Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
- Go to POS Event: Select POS Event from the menu list.
- Select Event: In Event list or calendar page, find the event you want to update.
- Event Details: Click on the event to open its details.
- Open Menu: Click Menu to show the action options.
- Select Cancel: Click “Cancel” or the trash/bin icon.
- Confirm Cancellation: Confirm the cancellation when asked.
- Event Canceled: The event will be canceled from your schedule.
💡 Tips
- Let your customer know about the cancellation to avoid confusion.
- If you cancel an appointment, the related order will also be canceled automatically.
- You can always create a new event if plans change again.
- Use notes to explain the reason for cancellation if needed.
