How to Cancel an Event

You can cancel any appointment or reservation in Fuze Store POS when plans change.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the sidebar menu by clicking the hamburger icon.
  2. Select POS Event from the menu.
  3. Find the event you want to cancel in the list or calendar view.
  4. Click on the event to open its details.
  5. Click the Menu button to show action options.
  6. Select Cancel.
  7. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

The event status changes to Canceled. Canceled is a terminal status and cannot be reversed.

Tips

  • Let your customer know about the cancellation to avoid confusion.
  • If the event has a linked order, canceling the event also cancels the linked order automatically.
  • You can create a new event anytime if plans change again.
  • Use the notes field to record the reason for cancellation.
  • Canceled events remain visible in your calendar history for reference.
