How to Cancel an Event
You can cancel any appointment or reservation in Fuze Store POS when plans change.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the sidebar menu by clicking the hamburger icon.
- Select POS Event from the menu.
- Find the event you want to cancel in the list or calendar view.
- Click on the event to open its details.
- Click the Menu button to show action options.
- Select Cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
The event status changes to Canceled. Canceled is a terminal status and cannot be reversed.
Tips
- Let your customer know about the cancellation to avoid confusion.
- If the event has a linked order, canceling the event also cancels the linked order automatically.
- You can create a new event anytime if plans change again.
- Use the notes field to record the reason for cancellation.
- Canceled events remain visible in your calendar history for reference.
