How to Update Your Store Information

Keeping your store information current ensures your receipts, reports, and settings stay accurate. Follow these steps to update your store name and logo.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the menu. Click the sidebar menu icon to open navigation.
  2. Go to Store Settings. Select Store from the menu list.
  3. Go to General. Select General in the menu.
  4. Update store information. Change the fields you need. See the field explanations below.
    • Store Name. Enter your new store name. This appears on receipts and in the app.
    • Logo. Upload a new logo or image to personalize your store.
  5. Save changes. Click Save. Your updated store info appears immediately in your POS and on receipts.
