Getting Started with Fuze Store POS
This guide walks you through setting up Fuze Store POS from scratch. Follow the steps below and you will be ready to serve your first customer.
First Time You Open the App
The very first time you open Fuze Store on your phone or tablet, you will see a short welcome carousel introducing the four pillars of the app — Welcome, POS, Inventory, and Insights. Swipe through the slides or tap Skip; either way you will only see this carousel once per device. After that, the app remembers you have completed the introduction and takes you straight to Sign in or your store dashboard on every subsequent launch.
Setup Checklist
Complete these steps in order to get your store up and running:
- Create an Account -- Sign up for Fuze Store POS.
- Create Your First Store -- Set up your store name, currency, and business type.
- Add Your First Product or Service -- Enter an item, set a price, and assign a category.
- Add Store Address -- Enter your store's address for receipts and records.
- Set Up Store Preferences -- Adjust settings that control how your store operates.
- Add Payment Methods -- Configure how you accept payments (cash, card, etc.).
- Invite Staff -- Add team members and assign their roles.
- Set Up Taxes -- Add your local tax rates if they apply.
- Create Discounts or Gift Cards -- Set up promotions or gift cards for your customers.
- Start Your First Sale -- Learn how to ring up sales and process orders.
Once you finish these steps, your store is ready for business.
