Moving your data in or out of Fuze Store POS is easy! Whether you want to back up your information, switch systems, or update your products in bulk, you can import or export your store data in just a few steps—no technical skills needed.



šŸ“ Step-by-Step Guide

To Export Data:
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Store Settings: Select Store Settings from the menu list.
  3. Choose Export: Click on Export Data.
  4. Select What to Export: Pick the type of data you want to export (products, categories, services, etc.).
  5. Download File: Click Download. Your data will be saved as a file (usually CSV or Excel) to your device.

To Import Data:
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Store Settings: Select Store Settings from the menu list.
  3. Choose Import: Click on Import Data.
  4. Select File: Click Upload and choose the file from your device (make sure it’s in the correct format, like CSV or Excel).
    • Note: Select the correct file type you want to import (products, customers, etc.).
  5. Import: Click Import. Your data will be added to your store.
