🕒 How to Use Store Sessions
Store sessions help you keep track of your daily sales, cash flow, and staff activity. Think of a session as "opening" and "closing" your store for the day. This makes it easy to see how much was sold, who was working, and if your cash drawer matches your sales. No technical skills needed! This guide will show you how to use store sessions step by step.
📍 Step-by-Step Guide
- Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
- Go to Store Sessions: Select Store Sessions or Sessions from the menu list.
- Start a Session: Click Start Session when you open your store or begin your shift. Enter the starting cash amount in your drawer (if needed).
- Run Your Day: Process sales, refunds, and other transactions as usual. The session will keep track of all activity.
- End the Session: At the end of the day or shift, click End Session. Count your cash and enter the closing amount. Review the summary to see your sales, payments, and any differences.
- Save & Review: Save your session. You can always review past sessions for reporting or troubleshooting.

💡 Tips

- Double-check your cash amounts when starting and ending a session for accurate records.
- Use sessions to spot discrepancies, track staff performance, and simplify your end-of-day routine.
- Only allow trusted staff to start or end sessions (set this up in roles and permissions).
