How to Use Store Sessions

Add-on required. This feature requires the add-on to be active on your store. View add-ons

A store session tracks all sales and cash activity between opening and closing your store or register. Think of it as "opening" and "closing" your store for the day. Sessions help you see how much was sold, who was working, and whether your cash drawer matches your sales.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the sidebar menu by clicking the hamburger icon.
  2. Select Store Sessions from the menu.
  3. Click Start Session when you open your store or begin a shift. Enter the starting cash amount in your drawer if needed.
  4. Run your day as usual. Process sales, refunds, and other transactions. The session records all activity.
  5. At the end of the day or shift, click End Session. Count your cash and enter the closing amount. Review the summary to see sales, payments, and any differences.
  6. Save your session. You can review past sessions anytime for reporting.
