🛠️ Creating a Service


In your POS system, services represent non-physical offerings you provide—such as appointments, bookings, or service packages. This guide will help you add a new service, making it easy for customers to book and for staff to manage.



📍 Step-by-Step Guide
  1. Open the Menu: Click the ☰ sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Services: Select Services from the menu list.
  3. Add a Service: In Service list page, press the Add Service button at the top right.
  4. Fill in the Details: Enter the information for your new service (see Field Explanations for what each field means).
  5. Save Changes: Click Save. Your updates will appear instantly in your POS and menus.

📌 Tips
  • Group similar services under the same category for easier booking.
  • Use service duration and staff assignment fields to streamline scheduling.
  • You can always edit or remove services later if your offerings change.
  • Make sure the Service Name is unique and descriptive.
  • Add clear images or icons to help staff and customers recognize services quickly.
  • Use modifiers or add-ons for upselling (e.g., extra time, premium options).
