Creating a Service

Services represent non-physical offerings you provide, such as appointments, bookings, or service packages. Follow these steps to add a new service to your POS system.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the menu. Click the sidebar hamburger menu to open navigation.
  2. Go to Services. Select Services from the menu list.
  3. Add a service. Press the Add Service button at the top right of the service list page.
  4. Fill in the details. Enter the information for your new service. See Field Explanations for what each field means.
  5. Save. Click Save. Your new service appears instantly in your POS and menus.

Tips

  • Group similar services under the same category for easier booking.
  • Use the duration and staff assignment fields to streamline scheduling.
  • Make sure each service name is unique and descriptive.
  • Add clear images to help staff and customers recognize services quickly.
  • Use modifiers or add-ons for upselling, such as extra time or premium options.
  • You can always edit or remove services later if your offerings change.
